Say no more....Graciela Mochkofsky is an Argentine journalist and author, widely considered one of Argentina’s most important nonfiction writers, in particular due to her investigations about the relationship between the media and the political and economic powers of Argentina. Two of her six published books have dealt with this subject.

The first, Timerman, el periodista que quiso ser parte del poder (1923-1999) (Editorial Sudamericana, 2003) a biography of legendary publisher Jacobo Timerman, was nominated to the Lettre Ulysses Award for Literary Reportage in Berlin (2004) and has become a classic of Argentina’s nonfiction literature.

Her second book on the subject, Pecado Original. Clarin, los Kirchner y la lucha por el poder (Planeta, 2011), is an investigation of the open war between the Kirchners' goverment and the country’s largest media conglomerate Clarin.

Official handling was far from exemplary? The prosecutor Fein said last week that she was calling in the “experts”. Who has been handling it up till now...amateurs?

Amateurs is correct. It seems everyman and his dog is investigating the death of Nisman. WHY? Have they not got proper investigators? Or have they all got their own agendas?

Coincidentally, Brazillian weekly magazine Veja published this week an interesting article where chavistas confirm Nisman’s evidence against CFK & gang , and exposing Chaves as the middleman between Iran and Argentina. (Text in Portuguese)

    Here's an interesting article. https://www.commentarymagazine.com/2015/03/10/shameful-attack-alberto-nisman/
Interesting points. Start with the idea that Mochkovsky wrote a supposedly 'acclaimed' book about Hector (Gollum) Timerman's father. And Gollum is in the frame. How many times has Gollum either lied or made up his own version? Who remembers Gollum running for his life when he thought he might be faced by a couple of REAL Falkland Islanders? Two years ago he reckoned that the Falklands would be under argie rule within 20 years. Really? Two years on and argieland doesn't have a credible air force. About to try to get some Chinese cheapos. Everyone knows about Chinese stuff. You buy it because it costs nothing to throw it away. Pakistan 'ordered' some. That was 2009. Six years on and Pakistan is still waiting. How about boats? Argieland has a new approach. When it's sunk, the crew can jump overboard and carry it. The 'backward' broken UK is moving on with its 2 brand-new supercarriers. And the state of the art multirole combat aircraft, attack helicopters, troop-carrying helicopters, ASW helicopters. Also moving on with the 13 brand-new frigate-type vessels.

Back to argieland. Judge Lijo ducked out early on. Did he understand that there would be questions about about how bent he is? Now there's Judge Rafecas. Just how did he manage to write a 63-page judgment in a couple of days? Rafecas didn't actually want to take the case, did he? Who'd put such a case in front of a 'judge' facing a malpractice complaint? Here's the deal. It's a scam from beginning to end. Refer to honest judicial authority from honest country. Detain all accused and suspects in spanish-style concentration camps. Where they can be beaten and whipped every day. Who knows, they might confess. Especially if they get a few bits cut off. Or maybe they could take the ESMA free ride!

Some say Argentina is insulting Israel,
some say Israel should send its navy to Argentina,
    some say lots of things,

But CFK is keeping very quiet.

Graciela Mochkofsky's article appears so unusual because Argentina's most powerful media has chosen to propagate the version that Nisman's accusation was solid and therefore the conveniente version of a murderous government became credible to many. However, for anybody who took the time to go to the source and read Nisman's accusation, both Judge Rafecas's ruling and the above article make lots of sense. Not for those though, who have already investigated, processed and convicted, based on their first hand, reliable information.

Lol. Nisman's actual complaint/documentation died with him and was cremated post haste. It has never been disseminated. Fool.

Where this story makes a turn for the bizarre is that the woman who was allegedly handling the Argentine side of negotiations was former defense minister Nilda Garre, who is now Argentina's ambassador to the Organization of American States.

Veja's sources say she had a sexual relationship with Chavez.

“It was something along the lines of '50 Shades of Grey,'” the former Venezuelan official said, adding that when the two were together, all of Miraflores (Venezuela's presidential palace) could hear it.

”I cannot say that the Argentine government gave nuclear secrets, but I know it received much by legal means (debt securities) and illegal (bags of money) in exchange for some valuable asset to the Iranians.“

Another former Chavista said: ”In Argentina, the holder of secrets is the former ambassador Garre.”

On Wednesday the House Foreign Affairs Committee is having a meeting — this should probably come up.

Learn the latest developments on Nisman's case. IT guy Diego Lagomarsino will testify that he was giving back to Nisman half of his $41,000 pesos wages as employed of the AMIA bombing prosecution case.
As advanced by Argentina newspapers today, Lagomarsino was to deposit $20,000 every month in an U.S.-based bank account that was under Nisman's control.

For a journalist, you are very free with the objective truth. The bank account in the USA belonged to Nisman's mother, his sister and DIEGO LAGOMARSINO!!!!!!!

    @21

One could hardly refer to Comrade Rique as a journalist. Possibly a polemicist, but given the nature of the current Argentine government, an Agitprop officer for the Ministry of Truth might be more appropriate. ;)
