The Argentine government leading spokesperson launched another furious (smear) attack on the late AMIA special prosecutor Alberto Nisman, alleging he committed federal crimes if he spent government funds in prostitutes and champagne, and kept part of the salaries of his staff. Read full article

They still have not released any security camera footage in or around the apartment building where Nisman was murdered.
Mar 20th, 2015 - 09:06 am - Link - Report abuse 0What's really irritating is that the bastards responsible will probably get away.
Is this treatment of the deceased a civilised way to act, there must be some truth if they have to smear the memory of Nisman.

It will only get worse as the economic conditions bite deeper into the rotting carrion caused by CFK.
I expect soon we will hear of 'Nisman's Pact with The Devil', or suchlike..
We can all see for ourselves the desperation coming to the surface of the argy crooks by the use of this nonsense.

imbeciles:
Mar 20th, 2015 - 12:17 pm - Link - Report abuse 0nisman was the same shite as the government.
he was their favourite prosecutor during a decade and one of their most important minions along with stiuso and arroyo salgado.
it seems he was also a coimero and had a good number of ñoquis working for him.
now, all of that is independent from the case against fernandez de kirchner, d´elia, yussuf, and the wiretapping.
so, the priorities are the cause against kirchner, which i think is in good hands (moldes, pollicita, etc), and the investigation of the death of nisman, which is some kind of joke with fein in charge.
if nisman was a putañero, coimero and all the shite you want. is irrelevant at the moment .
and you isleters, chilotes and stuff, do yourselves a favour and shut the fuck up.
What I conclude is Lagorismo received half his pay deposited into an account in the US which is quite common here. He is trying not to indite himself and using Nisman as a scapegoat.
Mar 20th, 2015 - 12:20 pm - Link - Report abuse 0Anibal is a filthy little man who needs to look in the mirror if he wants to find corruption.

Argie diversion. Give 'the people' enough different topics and they'll be totally confused. Not that argies aren't totally confused already. Just imagine being alive in a country where you can use the internet to establish facts, where you can read newspapers both in print and online, and yet your 'education' system says something completely different.

Democracy has clearly failed in Argentina. The citizenry is too stupid and lazy to have a functioning representative gov't.

the problem is ignorance, idiocy and imbecility, the main features of these dumbassholes.
anyway you are not included in that list, missy.
Elaine, we need to be gentle with Paulcedron. He seems to be off his meds and all his favorite political positions are turning out to be disasters built upon corruption and lies. His idols like Cristina, Maduro, Anibal... have disappointed his core beliefs.

It is funny, that his (now) first resort is insults and 'demands' for censorship. Somehow reminds me of those in La Casa Rosada, and that other beacon of democracy and freedom-of-speech, slightly north of them, you know the place? Where the daughters of Chavez reside?
These latest revelations are very interesting.
Mar 20th, 2015 - 02:59 pm - Link - Report abuse 0The fact that Nisman apparently used to take well-endowed girls in trips to Caribbean beaches during work time is of course a matter of his private life.
However, if it becomes proven that he was pocketing 20,000 pesos per month deposited by one of his close collaborators is concerning because we are talking public money being stolen for seven years in a row.
Early in the investigation on Nisman's death, the role of information technician Diego Lagomarsino had been under question, as the AMIA prosecution team had already a working IT team when Nisman hired Lagomarsino. He did not show up for work and nobody knew what he worked on for his unusually high wages of 41,000 pesos per month.
The role of other employees such as a nutritionist for Nisman on the AMIA investigation team payroll as well as an assessor are also under question.
Another interesting point is, this information came from Lagomarsino, who is not suspected of government sympathies. Rather, he made his revelations after Nisman's ex-wife implicated him in the prosecutor's death and implied the pair had economic ties.
Add to the mix the fact that Nisman accusation against the government outlines facts that never occurred (see Interpol red alerts and oil trade allegations) and you have a picture very different from the one many have attempted to portray.
Few will want to be Nisman when the dust settles.
...you have a picture very different from the one many have attempted to portray.

Check under 'Fugitive' and 'Other controversies'. A criminal AND a foul-mouthed toerag.
@20. Thanks for your resume. So Lagomarsino was being overpaid, was he? And Nisman was taking part of his salary away? Seems like a good idea. What happened to 'viveza criolla'? Isn't it normal argie behaviour?
Of course Lagomarsino doesn't have government sympathies. He's just trying to blacken his boss in the hope it will get him off the hook.
Have you read about that Interpol 'chief'? Too many questions. Not exactly lily-white. The norm in such organisations is to send letters, not emails. An important communication between a police authority and a government where there is NO hard copy? Give us a break!
Anibal the Animal managed to get away with embezzlement. Shouldn't he be removed from office? How many more crimes has he committed that haven't yet come to light?

Give up, guys. The great illusion of having a dead on Cristina's back is gone.
Nisman's image has been tarnished beyond recognition, especially for his use of public money. His accusation cannot endure scrutiny. In any event, political assassination was never consistent with the Kirchners' practices--people have been able to demonstrate (and freely insult the president) without the customary tear gases, arrests, truncheon beatings and the occasional real bullet killings that were in use before 2003.
Ah well, no surprises there then, in fact the real surprise is it took so long for them to come up with this.

Mar 20th, 2015 - 11:55 pm - Link - Report abuse 0No it's not, shill. It only underlines the desperate attempts of a morally bankrupt regime to make an extrajudicial killing look somehow legitimate. A regime you are a factotum of, with all that that implies.

Funny how some posters here are so slow to comment on denounced irregularities on the part of Alberto Nisman. They closely reflect the Argentine opposition, which sees every day the great argument of a prosecutor murdered by the government crumble.
