I wonder if The Lunatic of Chew Butt still backs this bunch of losers after what has happened.

Failing to maintain petro-chemical facilities is the most short-sighted thing a government can do: ask TMBOA how the Dead Cow field is going if you want a laugh.

PEMEX won't be the milsch cow that BP is just over the water. But it won't be anybody's fault, just an Act of God. So that's alright then!
