Several lawmakers from British Prime Minister David Cameron’s Conservatives will join the anti-EU UK Independence Party if he renews a coalition with the pro-EU Liberal Democrats, UKIP’s leader Nigel Farage forecasted. Read full article
The people of UK are in a difficult situation. Liberal Democrat is an EU plant and a proven liar. Miliband is an incompetent. Cameron has had his reputation dragged down to the gutter where Clegg lives. The EU is a worthless and expensive dictatorship.
Sadly, I have to agree with most of what @1 Conqueror has to say on this issue.
However, I do not believe that UKIP has the answer.
If I knew who did, I would vote for them.
I am still undecided who to vote for this time, and the Election is only a few weeks away...
I think my only option is to vote for the person, not the Party.
ie: who do I believe will do their best for my local area... not an easy choice to make with so many bigger issues at stake...
Just ask yourselves a simple question...are things bad now, if I vote for a change will they be better.
If you have any doubts they will.....vote for the status quo...simple...
@3. Of course UKIP has the answers. The 'problem' is the difficulty in getting something like 12 million votes.
But let's take a look at the likely results from a UKIP government.
1. The UK leaves the EU. No need for all these complicated 'transition' complications. Tear the treaty into small pieces. Argieland does it all the time!
2. Immigration halted. ECtHR objects and says it's illegal. UK leaves the Council of Europe.
3. EU/Council of Europe employees expelled from the UK. Together with eastern Europeans, muslims, africans, asians, south americans. The result? Tens of thousands of homes for Britons. No need for building in inappropriate places. A 40% drop in the welfare benefit bill. A 55% drop in NHS costs. More jobs for Britons. Long-range flamethrowers on the white cliffs.
4. Trade multiplies by a factor of 8.
5. Save £55 million a day. Save £20 billion a year. Build 50 Type 26 frigates? 19 Type 45 destroyers? Or 2 more aircraft carriers.
In the meantime, it has to be the Conservatives. Thirteen years of Labour misgovernment and trace the national debt. If you've maxed your credit cards for 13 years, how long does it take to put it right? Labour and the LibDems would gladly give the EU £100 million a day. Would you? Anyone seen an EU auditors' report?Aren't Clegg and Miliband already bought and paid for by the EU? Anyone seen the EU propaganda in schools? If you have any, talk to your children. Get what they know about the English and British empires. Who won WW2? Here's a clue, it wasn't the USA or USSR. Who guarded Europe against more war in the years following 1945? Nope, it wasn't the EEC/EC/EU. It was British, American and Canadian troops. Who did what was needed in Libya? It wasn't the EU despite Rumpy Pumpy's claims. British, American, French, Canadian, Scandinavians, even some Arabs did the job. The EU is all mouth and crap. Why is the EU frequently called the Fourth Reich?

As Blair stated yesterday, a vote for labour kills any chance of a referendum.
