A widening investigation into alleged corruption at Brazil’s state-controlled oil giant Petrobras took a step closer to President Dilma Rousseff on Wednesday when police arrested the ruling party’s treasurer, João Vaccari Neto, who has been charged with receiving “irregular donations” for the Workers’ Party, or PT, from some of the oil company’s suppliers. it's the nature of a criminal to cream innocent all the way up to the cell being licked and then some more. Hence so many innocent people in jail. It will not be long she will be singing the jailhouse blues.

Dilma saying she didn't know anything proves she's either Stupid or Incompetent.

We have the same problem with Odumbo who apparently gets all of his important updates the same time we do with the news shows and papers.

Two words (from 'Independence Day') ... Plausible Deniability.

Both Lula da Silva and Dilma Rousseff are both TOTALLY aware of how they manipulated their country - taking, taking, taking; stealing, stealing, stealing.

Did they know where, when and how these vast tranches were siphoned off under their watch?
Did they arrange these matters to suit themselves?
Yes, of course they did.

Were they told *explicitly* what was happening?
- There will be no existing written record but you can BET YOUR LIFE that they were both CENTRAL to the process.

Plausible deniability? ... You bet your life!
