    See thats where the leak is on your own doorstep. More clamps than pipeline beggars belief but then again it is Latam where they do not know what maintenance is. Or good practice just ask the FALKLANDERS for advice if I were you. PMSL

    Isn't this just poetic justice for Petrobras?

    They and the unions were among the first to castigate BP, even though they had a serious leak from a pipe landing facility at the time.

    Perhaps they think they are enforcing car parking with the use of all these clamps; it makes just as much sense as the well known Brazilian 'expert' on everything since the beginning of the world: BRASSO!

    Ha, ha, ha.

    Another knock-on bad effect of the Chief Crook, Lula and his appropriation (known as stealing in the west) of billions of dollars that should have been used by Petrobras to operate the company.

    If they are really lucky they will lose another refinery to fire.

    This is horrifying. 7000 litres of oil damaging the environment, especially the seabed. Protests have been received from................ In breaking news, it appears that Brazil's foremost oil company, Petrobras, 'contained' the spill by wrapping long socks full of 100-dollar bills around the pipe. Dilma the Crim later said 'I have so many that I thought I wouldn't miss a few thousand of them. Lulu can always get me more.'

    Dollars to doughnuts they'll be a major spill sometime in the future from deep sea drilling too which will take the blow arse government down a peg or two. Hope it won't happen but when the meddling government couldn't organise a piss up in a brewery then it's bound to.

    @9, 10. Give the guy a break. He's waiting for his new script to turn up. Courier's probably been shot. Or had his throat cut. Murdered with an axe. Drowned in the bath, when the toaster fell in.

    @13
    Must have been one of our nuclear penquins that accidently hit the pipe. Might as well blame us as if we give a shite.
