Argentine central bank increases reserves to highest level since November 2013
Argentina's central bank bought 630 million of dollars on the local currency market on Tuesday in one of its largest-ever purchases, a move that will bolster the country's precariously low hard currency reserves. Some 500 million of the dollars purchased were proceeds from last week's 1.5 billion auction of bonds by state energy company YPF. Read full article

It is still small in relation to the overall number of arrests happening and in relation to white people getting shoot but it is also getting out of hand. It is talk like that, thait feeds the critics of US society.
It is thinking like that, that pulls apart the fabric of a society.
You, as a society, have a social responsibility to educate them, and include them, to make them productive assets to that society.
That is different to the Populism that we see does not work in South America.
It's a self-fulfilling prophecy to say, don't waste the effort on them. They WILL fail and they will harbour resentment, and it will perpetuate the cycle.
It's about giving them the tools and the opportunity to help themselves, and not give simple handouts.
This will take more than one generation.
It is irresponsible to marginalise one group of your society, and for a government party to publicly characterise them as worthless.
You will always have division that way.

At least I know they won't do it again and it should greatly discourage future riots. I can't imagine that is illegal nor would it be considered “execution” by any courts.
I have no idea if the Police in Baltimore did anything wrong. They may have not followed procedure in every instance but I bet they will be found not guilty. Just because someone is indicted doesn't mean they're guilty.
These slum dwellers have very low intelligence and are easily manipulated by “community organizers”, the media and the rest of the liberal scumbags that want to use race as a campaign issue.
