May 19th, 2015 - 04:12 pm - Link - Report abuse 0There is one oddity on the list though, a larger baton will often (as counter-intuitive as it sounds) cause less damage while subduing a violent offender (i.e. not abusing it/them), principally because a smaller lighter one is capable of causing damage while not actually immediately stopping the offender.

You have to love Obumma: too little, too late as always, the Genie is already out of the bottle. I'll give it until some drugs gangs start using RPG (if they haven't already) and Obummas dictate will soon be revised as they say.
