    She did not come to talk about the “Brazilian fiscal discipline.” She came to ask forgiveness for criminal acts committed by the Royal Bank of Scotland, Bank of America, Barclays, JP Morgan and Citibank.

    These banks soon suffer billions fines for manipulation of Real X Dollar exchange between 2008 and 2012. And most likely will be prohibited from operating in Brazil.

    The West is corrupted by speculation.

    @ 2 Brasso

    Back to the old favourites I see: the PLA Navy from 2013 no less.

    Do tell WTF that has to do with the IMF and your ignorant post about western banks?

    Do you not remember your Finance Dummy visiting the UK last week to plead that the nasty PT have been seen off and can he please have some GREAT BRITISH POUNDS invested in Brazil, pretty please?

    NOBODY in their right mind would touch Brazil with a barge pole, especially to lend them money.

    In less than four years DumbAss Dilma and The Chief Crook, Lula, have turned what I thought was a burgeoning economy and a country perhaps going places into a shit country going down the sewers.

    Is this the new uniform for the “sailors”, complete with died balck chicken feathers?

    @2. I have an incredibly helpful suggestion. If you could tilt your head to one side, I'll beat it with a sledgehammer until the shite falls out. Do you know of someone with a braincell that you could rub against yours? Assuming you have one. Could you do us all a favour and identify which cretin is posting? Can I suggest 'Brasiliero-C1', 'Brasiliero-C2', 'Brasiliero-exploded', 'Brasiliero-fart', 'Brasiliero-deceased'.

    Christine Lagarde visiting a slum is almost surreal. However, in an interesting note she praised the Bolsa Familia anti-poverty program.
    To the address of those who love the IMF policies but still say any poverty-reduction program is a waste of money--you may want to comment on that...

    @7
    I do not see children on the street. I do not see children begging at traffic lights. Nobody beats our door asking for food.

    It seems everyone is doing something different. I think the government has changed the country.

    “I think the government has changed the country.”

    YES, they have!

    Far more crime and civilian deaths;
    Ditto the size of the slums;
    The PT are now known as the most corrupt organisation in SA;
    Petrobras will not survive in the present form and will need massive private monies from the west. Oh dear, the west are not that stupid whilst the Chief Crook Lula is hanging around!!

    I could go on and on but you know better than me what is about to happen: you just won't admit it.
