@ 6 is correct, they canot convict anyone once the video is shown to the court.

AH! Hang on, we are discussing the criminals in the government's pay known as Magistrates here: so yes, some poor patsy is bound to be found guilty.

Just when you think that things couldn't be any worse for the people of Argentina TMBOA and her gang of wanabe thugs shows it can.

The ugly cow who trod in the blood should be jailed on the video evidence alone.

Frankly it is amazing to me that people like Reekie thought this was all over.

    Reek is a fool.

The Ks control the courts, the prosecuters the judges, the police, everything.

However the whole thing will be brought up when the Ks are out of power and a MEGACAUSA : AMIA+ COVER UP + IRAN DEAL + NISMAN's MURDER will be reopened to haunt the Ks.

    “Reekie...thought it was all over”
The video, no doubt, shows incorrect practices by the police.
Now, to get all excited because this video would prove anything different from what it has been...that's just wishful thinking. None of the incorrect practices shown would suffice to make changes to the conclusions reached so far in regards to prosecutor Nisman's death.
Of course, the opposition are terribly disappointed they could not endorse the death to CFK.
Too bad too sad. Opponents need to work by themselves if they want to win the October election.

    @10

Still in love with your “LEADER”? What are you doing in Canada? Suffering here no doubt.

Canada is a liberal democracy part of the British Cronw so you must be in Argentina defending the “progresive” goverment from the attack of the oligarchy. It's revolution time in Argentina !!!!!

We all know who is behind the killing of a prosecutor organized by Milani. It's “vox populi” even among the members of the Peronist/fascist party that Milani organized the crime.

Let me ask you something: Why is that CFK put Milani (a militar who made career in ingeligence) as chieft of the Army? There are general from infantry, engineers, artillery, cavalry...but she choose one “born” and “grew” in inteligency...WHY?

I really wonder if you're in a home for the mentally retarded and they allow you a bit of computer time everyday.

    I really do.

There's plenty of evidence to indict the Ks for drug smuggling, money laundering and now murder. Its will be left up to the next Prez to handle though. There's plenty of time for them all to rot in a USA jail.

@10. A true 'K' child. And your experience of forensic science is what exactly? Nothing, repeat nothing gets touched without surgical gloves. Even that toilet paper shouldn't have been touched. Obviously, Fein had already made up her mind. Why would it matter if she tracked blood everywhere? And when they find a bloody footprint?

Here's a good one. Berni asks Fein if Nisman is dead. Does he want to make sure? Is Fein a doctor? If there was a possibility that he was still alive, where were the medical personnel? Or did they just leave him to die?

Lots of questions. Who had motive? Who had/has the 'authority' to make all those involved do as they're told? One word. KIRCHNER. The BLACK WIDOW of LATAM.

I am reflecting on my time living in Argentina.
I often wondered why the citizenry is so Apathetic.
I truly believe its because every day, day in and day out their lives get a little bit worse, just a little bit, but its every day. Stuff gets a little more expensive, well I'll cut back on movies, don't fill up my car gas tank, skip a lunch I don't need it anyway, lose electricity, well I needed to go out for a walk, or go to the mall, every day, day in and day out life is a little worse until you don't care any more and you just accept that it is going to get worse.
I didn't realize I fell into that trap when I lived there too.
I drains your existance of hope.
You succumb to the everyday failures and corruptions.
    Its easier to give up.

Thank goodness I had the ability and smarts to escape when I did.

Its only ever going to get worse there every day devolving while they dream of past glories.

    Its sad.

And it makes me sick people like Axel and Reekie promote that life crushing regime.
    Absolutely sickening.

@18 I often pondered the same issue when I was there. The truth is the majority are completely powerless against rampant corruption of the few with any real power. So, they are easy to manipulate by anyone promising just a little hope. The endless protests that seem more of a hobby than anything else achieve nothing in reality. When I asked why they bother the answer was it is all they have. Walking around and banging some pots, usually followed by setting fire to something and a bit of a party is the only distraction they have.

I have often asked why they don't vote for someone less corrupt and they answer they are all corrupt. They really are some of the most powerless people in South America. You can't blame them for apathy when they live in an endless struggle to survive.

Enrique chooses not to live in Argentina which says everything you need to know about him. He is completely without integrity.

@19. Surely the answer is what used to be called 'revolution'? Instead of banging pots, break in to the Casa Rosada, and any other government sinkholes, drag the criminals out. Have a fair and honest trial. Then string them up. Chop the corrupt police down and take their weapons. Announce the 'revolution'. Shoot down any disloyal troops. Isn't that the way it's done? Not using sterile clothing, not using rubber gloves, stepping in blod - if any forensic expert had done that in a first world country after 1970, he/she would get kicked out of the force and become the subject of a thorough investigastion.

@22. Did I mention 'terrorism'? As for 'revolution“, how did your 'country' get started? Weren't you revolting? Your predecessors had more guts than you? Mind you, you sound pretty gutless. ”I doubt anything would magically improve” you say. Nobody is talking about 'magic'. But consider, do you have a speciality? You could be the next Foreign Minister! Not too much problem improving on the performance of the incumbent. Just keep your mouth shut most of the time and, if you must open it, tell the truth. Come to think of it, if you follow those guidelines, you could probably have any ministerial job you want. Stand up and be counted. Or, possibly, stand up and do the counting. Think of the pleasure to be had from throwing Kirchner into a deep, dark, rat-infested cell and ensuring she can never get out. There might be money to be made. Suppose she was open for public viewing and turd throwing? 10 pesos a shot. You could be a millionaire in a week.
    @28. DIVERSION.
How strange that you didn't just post a link to the actual article, viz http://en.mercopress.com/2015/05/15/cristina-fernandez-comes-out-strongly-in-defense-of-minister-kicillof
from which people could see the context. And so you prove the point. 'I was referring to information posted by the most important newspaper of Argentina' was what you said. Is Clarin the most important newspaper? You go on to assert that the Clarin information was a total fake. How would you know? So it's a lie. You assert motive to Clarin. How would you know? Another lie. And all this without a single link to a reliable source. And you want to 'quarrel' with the assertion that people, and I, reckon that argies always lie? The Falklands issue! Argies lie from beginning to end.

@36 I have been absent from this forum for months, but I distinctly remember another individual that posted absurd pro-Kirchnerite nonsense from a safe distance. At the time, CFK supporters were at their worst in Argentina committing rape, theft, murder, and assault to such a degree where you could feel the tension in the streets. The international press hadn't caught wind of it yet, and spoke highly of CFK to add insult to injury.

If that individual was present for that, they wouldn't have supported her, unless they were depraved enough to partake in these crimes themselves. If you're at a safe distance, and never experienced the economic downfall, violence, and tension for yourself, you don't really have a stake in these events one way or the other.

Virtually everything can be explained if it relates to the human or semi-human circumstance. Let's start with the KIRCHNER-COW. For some unaccountable reason she has to 'protect' the corrupt, criminal scum that used to beat her up. Naturally, latam females are accustomed to being beaten. How else could latam males consider themselves to be 'men'? Of course, they aren't 'men'. Just scummy cowards.

We use falcons here in our table grape vineyards to scare the sparrows away. The falcons are not after the sparrows, but instead fly around about a 40 hectare vineyard, return to its trainer who has a nice piece of fresh meat waiting.
