    The CNE is supposedly a completely independent body, an apolitical entity.

    Yet they have re-drawn voting boundaries in favour of the Chavistas and chosen a highly evocative date for the election.

    For those interested. Check out the head of the CNE, her lack of education and qualifications, her political past, her friends and allies, and her massive increased personal wealth.

    The whole thing stinks.
