    #3 but the Common wealth and the UN by a overwhelming majority have stated and quite clearly that all peoples have a right to self determination. the Argentine government failed in its attempt to excluded Falklands. As for implanted populations it was not so long ago that Argentine boosted at have a predominantly European population. You are defiantly the left over of a populist state if the facts don't suite let's change them we can re write history we are the masters as long as Shout it loud enough and if anyone dares to disagree we attack in gangs where it's safe or in media where we have anominity the Nazis and the black shirts tried it an failed once already and when confronted with their crimes cried it wasn't me just like you did with the junta and exactly like you will do when the current lot are held accountable.
    What a sad legacy you leave for your countries children and their children

    “The United Kingdoms’s sovereignty and territorial integrity concerning the Falklands. No...?..Why not...?” How soon you forget, simple: “Overview of International Law and Institutions; Sources of International Law; Nations that remain silent, however, may become bound by the rule, even if they did not expressly support it. Silence, in other words, is considered a form of implicit acceptance.”
    http://cyber.law.harvard.edu/cybersecurity/Ov...
    “Customary international law; Silence as consent;
    Generally, sovereign nations must consent in order to be bound by a particular treaty or legal norm. However, international customary laws are norms that have become pervasive enough internationally that countries need not consent in order to be bound. In these cases, all that is needed is that the state has not objected to the law....”

    Because numbnuts “territorial integrity” is part of the UN Charter and cannot be applied prior to it's inception. “they are implanted populations.” Well who isn't, but, what's that got to do with price of cheese?

    Terry I called you on the other thread...not this one...
    ...I thought you might be in need of a good slapping down... knowing how you are a glutton for punishment...

    Plenty of countries have objected to the UK's claimed Sovereignty....
    None and I repeat NONE have accepted the Sovereignty claim...
    Were these objecting countries silent....I think not....
    So no consent...
    So tell me how many countries have objected to the Argentine Sovereignty claim...?
    Have they been silent...? Must have consented then....
    Oh dear...give me some figures....How many countries have supported the Argentine claim and how many countries have supported the British claim...;-))))
    Or are some countries more equal than others....?

    You can have 100 states saying that THE FALKLANDS are Argentine but the truth is they aren't so just jog on. How long do they think that by saying something long enough it will become true. I am tired of this. can they not bring something to the table to discuss?

    @5. “argies” are an implanted population. You get no say. All you are is a colony in rebellion.
    @8. Poor, poor Vice. Canada supports the UK and has said so more than once. New Zealand supported the UK by sending a warship to take over UK commitments while the UK beat the shit out of argieland. Pointed this out to you before. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Uti_possidetis Have a problem understanding English, do you? How about international law, you drone? How many countries have supported argieland? Difficult to say. On the available evidence, and under duress, about 11. Why does argieland always announce that x country supports it? Are these countries incapable of speaking for themselves? Incidentally, there's a whole group of “states” that support argieland. Why didn't you mention them? The members of the C-24. All as bent, corrupt and criminal as argieland. Probably bought as well. And right there at the top of the list of the bent, corrupt and criminal are China and Russia.

    “what about the territorial integrity of argentina / malvinas, spain / gibraltar, ireland / northern ireland, and many many territories that the english have stolen??”

    The Republic of Ireland dropped its claim to Sovereignty and Jurisdiction in NI and this was confirmed by a referendum in the Republic. So your complaint no longer applies. The Irish also pay their debts, have impressed diplomatically and shown generosity of spirit in settling past grievances with Britain. Spain and Argentina could learn a lot from the Irish.

    I added Zombie as I've buried you that often that you can no longer be part of the land of the living. What is legally binding is the views of nations of 1833 . Then, not one nation supported Argentina's claim their “silence” is indicative of support for the UK. Any change of opinion post 1945 is merely a none-binding political vox populi decision.

    Both the EU and Commonwealth of Nations recognise the Falkland Islands as part of the UK. Useless memes regarding sovereignty and its recognition doesn't change the fact that these organisations AND their members recognise the Falklands as part of the UK.

    @5 Paul
    “they are implanted populations.”
    Really ? then what about the Argentine population ? about 85 % are descended from Europeans , more than half of those Italians, to the extent that they represent just over 50% of Argentina's current population. A common ironic joke is quoted as saying “Mexicans are descended from the Aztecs, the Peruvians from the Incas, and the Argentines descended from ships”.....this is an indication that the great majority of Argentina's current population originated from outside the country......and, it is a known fact that while the US and parts of Brazil were quite effective in eliminating the indigenous people, Argentina takes the prize....so even you are 'implanted'. Suggest you stop using this stupid line of argument - it means nothing.
