An Argentine judge who on Monday ordered a raid of real estate offices belonging to the son of President Cristina Fernandez, on an ongoing probe into money laundering and tax elusion, was removed from the case on Thursday. A Federal court ruled the nullity of the order issued by Judge Claudio Bonadio after a presentation by Romina Mercado, niece of President Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner and who also happens to figure as the head of the Hotesur company under investigation. I can confirm that the hotels are supposed to be full but there is hardly anyone staying in them. I have witnessed it.

Incredible that the Kirchners get away with this without complaint from the public. It is their money being laundered through the hotels.

It's always good to see democracy in action and a lack of political influence in the judicial process.

I wonder what our local K-bots will have to say about this latest abuse of power.

    @ElainB

I hope that your post would not be seen by an argentine presecutor having the case because you could be required by argentine court as a witness...

If you refuse to comply with the court they release “Pedido de captura” and you can be arrested. If you are not in argentina the witness is required through Interpol.

    Things that you should know:
You will be paid by all cost involving to comply with the court.
You will have free legal advice by a govt. lawyer and be instructed on the consecuences of “falso testimonio” what means that your testimony is considered false.
A false testimony, for example that you cannot satisfy with legal proofs to back your testimony in court is a crime offence and has the penalty of 10 years in prison.

Now would you like to contact “Carlos Stornelli” to go voluntary to give your testimony?

    http://news.yahoo.com/first-sighting-small-carnivore-century-big-deal-202750809.html

”Though native to England, Pine martens have been extinct in the country since 1915, mostly due to forest clearing (they like nice, heavy tree cover), fur trappers, and systematic eradication (farmers and landowners saw them as varmint). Still, pine martens are thriving in Scotland, where 4,000 are estimated to roam, and a smaller population persists in Wales, where the Shropshire marten is thought to have originated. ”

I thought the English forests had not been cleared.

What else is new, the English exterminating yet another species. And even now that it may have tried to return (no thanks to them, thanks to the Scottish and Welsh who are human beings with a conscience), I am sure they will try their best to genocide it (again).

    Meanwhile

    http://news.yahoo.com/first-sighting-small-carnivore-century-big-deal-202750809.html

“Researchers say more than 60 percent of the continent’s bee species may be in decline owing to pesticides, industrial farming, and climate change.”

So pretty much Europe will be out of pollinators soon. And in the United States the drought in California (99% of produce), continues, as well as the fracking nightmare pollution cases.

And then there is the little new detail about the coming ice age to EUia and NorthAmoland.

In 20 ears you people will beg us for food.

    @Yankeebobo,

Nope, you don't! You lie as always, mate.

We have strict regulations in Europe for non EU nationals like you.

Do you have a EU passport?

Nope, sorry you cannot stay here longer than 90 days without a Residence Permit

You can visit countries as tourist up to 90 days in some cases, you can enter without visa as a tourist, business trip, etc.

But to live in Europe you need a permit residence in any country of the Schegen zone.

So you have to show and prove legitime source of income, contract of work, etc, etc. like a latino or wetback as you like to call

latinos crossing the Rio Grande in the south of US.

So you are in these case far worse than the argies and uruguayos because they are not required to have a visa in te schegen zone and in some countries they can stay longer even obtaing the permit in situ.

Thing that you cannot do as US citizen without returning to your country and ask for the especific visa first to obtain a new visa o stay longer.

I don't even mention here the millions or Argies that have EU passports from differents countries like Italy, Spain, Germany, etc.

Argis also can pick up any mercosur country to move without any problem but you don't.

So well you are so limited with your posibilities to get out of USAMEX, sorry.

So you have to pickup a destination to move from Tijuana or Puerto Rico.

@6. Threats? I've been threatened by argie arseholes before now. I invited them to visit my country where I could have them arrested for threatening behaviour. And where, possibly, I could get at them. Response? Cringe, cringe, fear, terror.

I assume that you know that your “comment” constitutes “threatening behaviour” under English and Welsh law. Incidentally, you're on for 10 years imprisonment PLUS £35,000. Want to apologise, criminal?
@17. We have in mind the extermination of a sub-human, ape-like “species” currently known as “argies”. In fact, sub-human spaniards who have not evolved, in either country, for 200 years. Worthless fascist pigs. Similar to the SNP.
@18. Another attempted “frightener”. Find a bit of applicable, not argie, law. Find a court. There's an argie court “ordering” the seizure of “foreign” oil company assets outside argie jurisdiction. Around the world, various judiciaries are laughing themselves sick!
@25. Do you think anybody bothers to click on your links? I just look and think how much time you wasted. Then I laugh. I'd call you a prick, but I know you don't have one.
@27. But then you're just an arse-droplet of scotch-sponsored terrorism. What have the scotch got to offer? Little dogs. Oats mashed with milk. Contents of a sheep's stomach. Refusal to pay debts. Thieves, as they have been for at least 2,000 years. As a thought, never met an honest, sober thing from scotchland. And such hoity-toity peasants. Back to your croft-hovel. Still stealing building from England?
@34. Hilarious. Living as far away from argieland as possible? Pretending to be European? Where are you? Amsterdam? Hamburg? Cleaning windows so the customers get a good view. Do you do triple entry? Full of shit. Big mouth. You seem to be ideal. Us$5.00 for all three. But only GB£3.00. I assume you're insured? A million pounds cover against the diseases you undoubtedly have.

However, in the manner of a lying government, they changed their minds when it was time to give out the resident visas.

    52. From what it sounds like Dunoon is the Trout Run of Scotland. It baffles me that someone would claim to live in one and vacation in the other. They're exactly the same. Why would anyone do that?
I go through TR when I go to the lakes in NY. Its pretty but nobody would choose to vacation there especially a foreigner. Its full of poor, uneducated fat people, there's no where to eat, no where to shop, nothing to see or do for 100s of miles. It makes no sense. Especially if they already live in a place like that! Its not like they have to get away from the bustle of the city.
    Crazy

Tell me what is wrong with ordering a raid if the recipient of said raid has nothing to hide? Surely there is evidence of skullduggery or the raid would not be sanctioned in the first place. Why does “ everything ” involve politics in Argentina?
I am curious as to why “ all ” politicians are seen to take sides. Who actually decides which side of the political divide they sit?
I would appreciate a sensible answer as I am intrigued to find out the theory behind this apparent abnomally.

Notice how the CFK supporters have absolutely nothing to say in defence of this situation? They can defend it because they know their beloved leader and her son are guilty. Instead they attempt to distract and attack the posters because even they cannot defend what they know to be true.

@61 I guess it is a possibility. I suspect only two or three people are behind all the many personas. Instead of having one or two intelligent personas putting forward a coherent argument they think numbers count. I can understand having a second persona to post agreement but they rest is badly thought out.

Have you noticed how when one persona is given a bloody nose they retire it for a while and another appears using much the same language and style? I was surprised that Think ever came back from his meltdown into sniffing women's crotches and playing with his own shit. That should have retired him permanently.

@63 Another problem is they think everyone else is like them and pretending to be something they are not. That is always a bad strategy. When they place all their hopes on trying to attack posters personally they invariably fail and look stupid. I know in part they are attempting information gathering but you would think they would learn it doesn't work.

It is also interesting that none of personas live in Argentina and are happy to admit they have not visited the place for years, even decades. Why do they think that carries more weight than someone actually experiencing life under the current government? Curious.

Police in civiliced contries are intended to protect and enforce the law and even criminals have to be treated according with the law.

So a policeman has to be well trained, be patient no intent to escalate or provoke violence and only, just only when the situation turn dangerous for his life the police can pull out his weapon and use in legitime defence.

    Argentina:

Federal Prosecutor, Nisman, murdered the evening before he presents a case implicating CFK has accepted massive payouts to coverup the murder of 85 Argentines.

Revered Senior Judge supports corruption charges against CFK and is publicly ridiculed and shamed by the Government and coerced towards resigning or forced removal.

Another Senior Judge authorises a raid for documents and further evidence of corruption by CFK and her son - he is removed.

In a civilised country - anybody hints of scandalous corruption like this would force resignations and suspensions, until the investigation was concluded-and the government figures cleared - or not.

First at all there isn't any pains for me, second you have no idea of what you are talking about and only read title from media that manipulates news and make you happy reading what you want to read (Plain shit).

Lets see, the Hotesur case what are those evidences?

The judge only found that was missing some Assemblies records from IGJ (General Inspection of Justice) well they could be not presented or was missing.

    Who knows?

So to make you happy lets assume the worse they did not prensented that records

I will explain what is this first.

Assemblies Records of a company are those records taken from the meetings of shareholder where is regitered the decision taken from some proposal from a shareholder, directory, etc.

For example to make simple I propose to buy a new truck for my company or whatever, the rest of shareholders say yes or not and the motion is aproved or not and that is recorded.

None goes to jail for this because is an administrative issue.

The santion for this is adminitrative and a fine.

Here you can grab all you need to know about public company laws and make your case.

    http://www.jus.gob.ar/igj/la-igj/marco-normativo/decretos/reglamentacion-de-la-ley-organica-de-la-igj-n%C2%BA-22315.aspx

If you can make that someone go to jail for this fine do it.

Pure crap to feed the idiots.

And that was the reason why Bonadio (The judge) was kicked off from the case (Among other things) and by the justice (La Sala I de la Cámara Federal).

    @The Voice

    Few???

I don't know what means “few” for you but a rate of 1000 police killing per year it is quite a lot and shocking and that are only what are published so this figures can be even higher.

    It is a war zone.

Lets take a real dimension of this to put into perspetive.

If you compare the population of England and Wales combined lets say something like 56 millons and compare it with Baltimore in US with a population of 620.000. You will find out that a person living in Baltimore is 50 times more likely to be killed by the police than a person in England and wales.

Records show that from 2010 to 2014 31 people were killed by the police in Baltimore alone while 15 in the same period in UK.

    No convinced yet?

Compared with Germany with a population over 81.2 millions only 109 people where killed since 1998 to 2014 let's say just 6.81 police killing per year compared to US 1000 in US.

I know you will come with the tale of population but US has 318.9 millions and not 400m as you say, so lets say that has 3,92 times more population than Germany.

Now devide 1000/3.92= 255,10 and you would figure out that on every 81.2 millions in US 255.10 are killed by the police while 6.81 in Germany

Their brainwashing from birth won't allow them to see what they know to be the real truth.
I have never been to a more corrupt, dirty, dangerous country than Argentina.
and I hope I never will.

@97 Oh, I have been to worse places. What is unique about Argentina is the delusion born out of vastly inflated egos and inculcation from birth. There is a collective narcissism where they believe everything they say as fact, however absurd. From someone who can leave any time I like, it can be amusing, though I try to resist teasing too much as they cannot laugh at themselves. Besides, as a rule, I like a lot of Argentines.

I doubt very much that our resident K supporters live in Argentina or have visited for decades. They have no concept of how hard life is there now and how much it has deteriorated. Having travelled far and wide there, and allowing it is a developing country, it is not the worst. It is also not the paradise our resident trolls try to convince themselves it is. IMO

    98. La Paz ranks up there but frankly around Retiro is worse. I've never been to India or Africa maybe their worse than Iguazu maybe not. I guess I'll find out someday.
A long time ago I asked an Rg friend about Think's comments. I was wondering where in the world he came up with the impression Argentina was safe civilized and wealthy. My Rg friend said he was probably a commie who left in the 70s and had not been back since.
    Pretty sure he was right.
I do think many of these personas have not been there in a very very long time. Last time I was there it was during the supposed won decade and all I saw were broken sidewalks, cartoneros, massive slums, way bigger than when I left last time, mounds of garbage on the corners because the garbage men were striking yet again, it was much much worse than when I left in 2006. I can't imagine its any better now.

@99 I confess that I enjoyed my long stays in Argentina and like to return frequently. On the face of it the people are friendly, helpful and I never experienced anti-English diatribe there. You have to expect people to try to nick a quid off you, but it is not personal. I did get a LOT of requests to help them find work in England - something I couldn't do. I also encountered some pretty honest accounts of life in Argentina, especially outside of Buenos Aires where arrogance reigns. People from BsAs are generally despised far more than any foreigner by Argentines living in the provinces. In fact, it was a far more divided country than the trolls would have you believe.

I concur that the K-trolls seem to have very little idea of life in Argentina. It is all built on a dream rather than the reality. I guess if I had not visited my country for decades and felt a little homesick and couldn't fit in, I might have some idealised vision of Blighty.

When you cut through all the crap the K-trolls post you find a whole heap of jealousy that their country is not what is could be and they know it.

Now, should we organise our getaways because apparently Interpol are coming for me to solve the corruption in Argentina and you and I are being pursued by the Argentine tax authorities? Seriously, do they realise how stupid they sound?

There's a much better chance CFK and minions will be rotting in an Rg jail than I ever would.

Its hard for them to admit the impotence of Argentina. Mostly they are a laughingstock when they're on the world stage and I can tell you from vast experience that nobody wants to deal with them either in business or politics.

Dany seems to be on duty at the moment. Reading through the rubbish he writes he seems to live in a fantasy world? I wonder where he is living, its certainly not Argentina because he appears to know nothing about current conditions there. His assertions about England and London in particular indicate that if he has lived here it was on the margins, in back street Peckham or some sink estate somewhere. His assertions about America and the UK are ludicrous and obviously designed to distract from the main issue which is that of K corruption.

Because is what you do, right?

I always follow the rules of the host country and if I don't like it is quiet simple I leave the country and I don't return there anymore and I don't go to websites from this country to post shit or try to tell people from this country how they have to live or how corrupt is their country.

    What for?

    Much more.

Did you see BCRA sent a letter to Griesa pleading not to be part of the litigation. My guess it will be found to be an alter ego of the Gov't and all their assets will become fair game. He's also going ot disallow the BONAR 24 bonds from being sold outside of Arg.

It seems providing the about 50-strong Metropolitan police forces that travelled to the Santa Cruz province--to get information, not to execute a warrant, mind you--may have played a role in the low voting performance of Macri's protégé Rodríguez Larreta in the Ciudad de Buenos Aires recent vote.

Any member of the Judiciary pursuing a legitimate investigation against the K's for crimes they “may have” committed, “ has automatically then been classified as ”with the opposition“.

This is due diligence on the part of any Judiciary in a free Democracy, but in Argentina anyone daring to question the K's or their government is denounced as undemocratic, anti-K, or ”with the Opposition” - which is portrayed as being seditious, unpatriotic, or treasonous.

Argentina is a facade and a parody of a Democracy.

I think Dany is getting ready for the looney bin.
Reminds me of “we are all Chavez” Stevie quite a lot.

Dany, Nobody in the world thinks the US UK EU courts are corrupted. Everyone in the world knows Argentina's courts are corrupted.
So no matter what you find to post it is obscure and out of the norm.

You should use your time more wisely and put more of your savings into the Peso.

Dany - another betrayer of the Argentine people.

    Ho hum...from your link...
“That would translate to 13% of 3.78 million people using the civil and criminal courts and judiciary last year, or 490,000 people paying bribes, which would be “astonishing”, he said. Evidence of this is “scant”, however, which suggests it is “EXTREMELY UNLIKELY”. ”

My Solicitor (Lawyer) did a conveyance for me recently...rather quickly and efficiently, I didn't need to, but I gave her a painting, as a gift for a job well done, it was worth about £300 quid...is that a bribe...?
Would it go in the “Thanks” category...?
