    The price of milk (red and blue cartons) has RISEN in Uruguay.

    Prices rarely go down here in my experience unless you shop at the weekly fresh market which is very good for both quality and price.

    Pity they don't sell many comestibles.

    Perhaps the New Zealand government could make it compulsory for a limited time to drink milk, School children and the elderly, as they say, a glass a milk is good for you.
