Amazing Pope Francisco is not afraid of rocking the boat; from Cuba, he went to the cradle of free-market, free-trade and globalization, and has made corporatist America very, very uncomfortable.
Those criticizing the Pope's sayings, though, avoid addressing the essence of what he is questioning, that is, the state's washing of hands on the more perverse excesses of unregulated capitalism, which has given us the subprime mortgage crisis, the “too big to fail” use of public resources to rescue financial institutions, the scandalous concentration of wealth in the hands of the 'one per cent' and the shameful gap between low and ultra-high individuals' income.

The Dope of a Pope never mentioned the jailing of the perverts who have destroyed the lives of so many children.

There again that would be too much like taking sides with the victims, he has to defend the indefensible to his dying breath, may it come soon.

Population control will serve to solve many of the Earth's current problems.
Prevention of the spread of AIDS in Africa and elsewhere would help.

Why is the Pope not criticised for his stance on these issues?

What has he done to bring equality and empowerment to the 50% of the World's population that are currently vastly undervalued?
“How advancing women’s equality can add $12 trillion to global growth”

The Dope-Pope, opium for the Masses, (see what I did there? ;-), and the people are fooled, yet again. Just more platitudes from this charlatan.

I'm off to worship the Sky-Fairy at the bottom of my garden, get a Tarot reading, then look at my Astrology predictions on some obscure website.

Or maybe read the tea-leaves in the bottom of my (porcelain), cup.
    Maybe drown a so-called witch....
Or just listen to the Pope...

    Not!

Oh yeah, Pope Francisco is talking about greed, unfair distribution of wealth, pleading to keep the planet habitable...BUT he is NOT talking about AIDS and women equality! How could he?
Easy to criticize using the half-empty-glass strategy. Those who do will not acknowledge they would prefer the Pope (and anybody else for that matter) would just shut up about anything that makes them uncomfortable in their cozy, petty lives.

    “in their cozy, petty lives.”
... in Canada, for example. In the BRITISH Commonwealth of Nations, for example?
You are such a rank hypocrite Enrique, I need some air-freshener spray...

    The RCC paedophile disgrace,
The Dope of a Pope in Philadelphia 2015 (D.T. UK)

Confronting the paedophilia scandal that has dogged the Catholic Church on the last day of his visit to the United States, the pope vowed to hold the perpetrators responsible.

“I have in my heart the stories of suffering and the pain of the minors who were sexually abused by priests,” the 78-year-old Argentine pope told bishops in Philadelphia after meeting privately with the victims.

“This disgrace keeps burdening me, that the people who had the responsibility of caring for these tender ones raped them and caused them great pain. God weeps for the sexual abuse of children.”

The direct address came as the Catholic Church battles to regain its moral authority after a litany of revelations of incidences of children abused by priests.

Twelve dioceses have filed for bankruptcy in part because of having to pay settlements, amounting to more than U$D 1.9 billion nationwide to victims, of which, according to some rights groups, there are tens of thousands.

SO, what have we learnt here:
    The Dope is going to 'hold the perpetrators responsible' but nothing else other than to encourage god to cry a bit more for the lives destroyed by these arseholes;
The wealthiest con merchants on the planet have let TWELVE dioceses go bankrupt and presumably risk not being able to pay financial recompense to the victims.

And what is the Dope going to do?
Insist those the RCC KNOW are guilty be prosecuted and as far as he can ensure they go to prison,? NO.
Demote or sack those in a position of knowledge but did nothing to safeguard the victims from further abuse? NO.

    Anything at ALL? NO.

The Dope is nothing but a fucking hypocrite shedding crocodile tears. Fuck him and all his like.

As for ”regain its moral authority” the RCC has demonstrated it never had any.

    Despicable organisation.
