    This plays down his role in the UN. He was chairman of the Ad Hoc Working Group on Further Commitments for Annex I Parties under the Kyoto Protocol (AWG-KP). The AWG-KP was established to discuss future commitments for industrialized countries under the Kyoto Protocol.

    This guy was pontificating on energy use by western nations, whilst raking in bribes from China. The whole UNFCCC carbon trading system is rife with corruption.
