Saudi Arabia is ground zero for terrorism.
Shouldn't Iran be a real ground zero? Despite the nuclear deal Iran continues belligerence. But not if it didn't exist. Imagine a country where the government makes an agreement and a religious fanatic seeks war. Then let him have war! Not really warlike, just better.
