Gov't prognasticators always seem to look at lagging indicators instead of forward indicators and they try to do a projection.
They said 2016 will be better than 2015.
Do you think they figured in U$10 oil?
The massive layoffs from PBR and its affiliates and suppliers
The massive layoffs from the auto companies
    The growing inflation
The growing spending for the unemployed

    all of them nope

This is just the begining, the model is bad, throwing more money at something that doesn't work isn't going to help.
China turned out to be an anchor around their neck.

The stats on unemployment are misleading. They don't take into account those that have long given up looking for a job (and sometimes have gone into business on their own, informally), not to mention the 30 million adults (of working age) who have just accomodated themselves with the government handouts.

For what it's worth, last comment by the Brasshole was that he was fishing in MS. Would be nice if he fell overboard and became alligator food.

Talk of Brazil rescuing PBR if they can't sell enough assets by year end.
psst...they won't be able to sell the assets anywhere near what they want

My oh my how this has gone so quickly...
    who pointed it out first?
    Hmm
    Who was it?
