  When bribes are required to do business in a country its hard to walk away from them.
  Its how Siemens and a lot of the EU companies get so many deals and the USA can't compete. The EU just turns a blind eye to it.
  
  The USA will straighten it out though.
  Corruption charges are just starting for all of these Brazilian criminals.
  Its not near done yet
  PBR et al won't be able to afford the fines

  Are you saying that the USA did not enter because you had to bribe your way in? Grow up, of course the USA took advantage of it. Who would't if that was the way to do business back then. You only have to look at the Asian way of doing business.

  I am grown up. The EU especially Germany and France don't care if companies bribe outside of the EU.
  Siemens is especially scummy but they all do it.
