French President Francois Hollande suggested Wednesday that Argentina could take in some of the hundreds of thousands of Syrians fleeing civil war. The idea appeared to be an off-the-cuff comment during a news conference by Hollande and Argentine President Mauricio Macri after they met privately and signed agreements on issues ranging from fighting terrorism to increasing cultural exchanges. Aren't the British always trying to take credit for all the glories and gifts their Empire “accorded” to the world??

Yet, as I have always said and most people know, they want to wash their hands of the piles of stink that same Empire created.

Syria being one of the bigger ones.

Syria is not a nation, it never existed as a nation. There were Christians, Jews, Sunnis, Shiites, Kurds, Alawites, Turks, and all kinds of other tribes there before the creation that Frankenstein state. So now that they whole thing finally blew up in tits, the British want to withdraw from the EU and tell the rest of the world they take the Syrians in, “we wash our hands”. Even though ultimately the problem was created by them.

    Syrian “refugees”?

    NO THANKS

We already know what those “refugees” actually are: rapits, criminals, former terrorists, current terrorists, terror recruiters, etc.

We already have enough criminals here (many of them illegal immigrants from our “brother” neighbor countries) , there´s no need to take more. Much less crazy muslim criminals. 2 terror attacks were enough.

ps: I believe in giving a hand to ACTUAL refugees, not in just opening your borders and letting anyone in because you are afraid of being called islamophobic or nazi. See what is going on in Europe. See how this “open borders” policy is ruining the UK, France, Germany, Austria, Sweden, Norway, etc.

If Mr Hollande wants to send something, make sure it is investments, not some of the “refugees” that are ruining his continent.

“We already know what those “refugees” actually are: rapits, criminals, former terrorists, current terrorists, terror recruiters, etc.”

Patently false and honestly disgusting comment.

If your country turns refugees or immigrants into rapists and criminals then that is a direct reflection on you and the society you live in.

Australia has accepted over 700,000 refugees in the past 70 years and wedding seem to have all the problems you either 'imagine' or 'believe' in.

Are you really as thick as you appear? Syria was ruled by FRANCE on the break up of the OTTOMAN empire....not the UK. Take your pseudo bleeding heart to the French if you have a complaint to make. Research a bit more before you touch the keyboard to evince your hypocritical self righteous and inane comments.

    You are one sad individual.

“If your country turns refugees or immigrants into rapists and criminals then that is a direct reflection on you and the society you live in”

Then, according to you, the UK, Germany, Norway, Austria, Sweden, etc are turning “immigrants” (weren´t they “refugees”?) into rapist, isis-members, etc.

    Your words, not mine.

I know my comment may sound awful, but what I pointed is true. Just check the news. Whether you like it or not, that is what is going on, and to be fair I don´t think the average folk in the UK, Germany, Sweden, etc is going “on that direction”.

Skip care to explain the rapefest currently going on in Germany?

Australia keeps “refugees” on a separate island until they're cleared and most of them aren't.

    Get a clue

    @ 8 (and 5 again)

Thanks for raising that point; Australia received 700,000 folks in ... 70 years. Germany only got almost 1M in one year.

And, as you say, Australia has one of the toughest policies towards asylum seekers (eg: http://www.bbc.com/news/world-australia-32478378 ; http://www.bbc.com/news/world-australia-32478378 so pretty dishonest wording from you.

Apparently they have signs all over Germany politely instructing the savages not to rape women and young boys.

    Its not working.

First off Yankeeboy, what rapefest? Why do Americans equate sexual assault solely with rape? Simply touching a women inappropriately is considered sexual assault.

And how many refugees were involved in this “rapefest”?

    A MILLION?

Because I've followed that story and there haven't been a MILLION sexual assault in Germany or even Europe this year.

Tarring everyone with the same brush is simplistic and plain dishonest. It's no wonder Trumo appeals to you. Simple answers for simple folks.

    SebaSvtz
Yes we have accepted this over 70 years. I do believe I clearly stated that.

Were they all rapists and criminals? Well come on, you made the claim so back it up. According to you they are.

Australia still accepts 13,000 refugees through the UN each and every single year. This is in addition to an immigrant intake of nearly 200,000 per year as well!

How many does your country accept?

However we accept real refugees fleeing persecution and not economic refugees.

If you can afford to fly to Indonesia and gain legitimate entry and then pay someone US$10,000 to take you by boat to Australia while you conveniently lose the passport you had that helped you enter Indonesia in the meantime..... then you aren't exactly fleeing. You could have contacted the UNHCR in Indonesia. With US$10,000 you could have reached plenty of places and registered as a refugee.

You've confused strong border protection with a totally seperate refugee policy. Why should the next person in line due to receive relocation to Australia keep waiting because the person with more money jumped the queue.

Either way you still haven't been able to back up your disgusting claim in your first post. Deflecting won't change your bullshit.

You are right T_Paine, but get ready to be called all sort of names for that. For some people in Europe and in the rest of the world, it is better to be raped and had your family killed than being called `racist´ or similar.

And God forbid telling in a loud voice that letting anyone in without a basic check is insane.

    We are experiencing sad times.

    Oh yawn!

You make stupid claims and pretend to be offended when called out.

“We already know what those “refugees” actually are: rapists, criminals, former terrorists, current terrorists, terror recruiters, etc.”

I mean how much more emphatic could you be. You didn't use a qualifier such as SOME or COULD BE.

So you lied. And now you are going to play the victim.

I won't call you racist. But I will call you pathetic.

    Skip,

I just love the way you re-arrange your words and throw crap from a high moral ground. Well done.

You claimed that “your country turns refugees or immigrants into rapists and criminals then that is a direct reflection on you and the society you live in”. I still want to know how: the UK, Germany, Denmark, France, Austria, Belgium, Sweden´s society are so ruined in order to turn poor ME guys into rapists and terror-supporters, or ISIS fans. Please do tell me.
And then you call my comment “stupid”...

I will not use a qualifier because there are rapists and terror supporter (no “maybe” here). Stop playing polite guy. Are there millions of cases? not yet (happy now?). Are there thousands? YES, and I don´t want to wait until the number raises.

Use your google tools and get the info, I am not your secretary. You either don´t want to confront reality, or you are afraid to do so.

Call my claims or me stupid, pathetic, etc. I couldn´t care less about your erratic statements.

Australia can (and I support that) filter, Europe can not. Europe chose not neither. You properly distinguished between refugees and economic migrants. Europe if getting more and more of the second. Including many, many terror elements also.

If you keep denying reality or pretending that talking about that is stupid, well, go ahead and keep being obnoxious. I will not stop you.

    Skip:

No-one is claiming that ALL muslim economic migrants (a few are refugees) coming into the EU are rapists. But the statistics show a trend.

In Norway, the incidence of sexual assault and rape has quintupled in five years. Over 1/4 of those convicted are immigrants: and Oslo police stated that all rapes 'via assault' (ie as opposed to 'date rape style') were committed by immigrants.

In Sweden, the rate is up 1472% over thirty years. When the perpetrators are analysed, those of 'middle eastern or north african' ethnic groups are found to be over 20 times as likely to offend as those of European origins. 85% of those sentenced were 1st or 2nd generation immigrants.

In Germany, police state that immigrants committed over 250,000 crimes in 2015. That's only the ones that were solved. These include 1700 sexual assaults and 458 rapes.

It's so bad in Sweden that they now try and cover it up. For example, the recent gang-rape on a ferry to Finland by eight men: reported as “eight Swedish men”. Actually, seven Somalis and an Iraqi, none with Swedish citizenship but all resident in Sweden.

Attempts to be “politically correct” deny the reality of the situation. They also deny the voices of the victims, and place others in danger. Time to stop.

And I also thank you for pointing something that IS taking place, and that is the awful way certain authorities are trying to cover those episodes.
