People of the Commonwealth should support those in need and others who feel excluded, the Queen said in her annual message to the association, which is focused on inclusivity. If only more countries (especially in Latin America) had heads of state that were as reticent in voicing every single brain fart that comes to them.
I don't think the Queen has brain pharts... not so sure about Phil though.....
