    I think that Mercopeguin is stretching the truth by claiming that the cancellation is to prevent Temer acting as president.

    Really Hepatia?

    Why didnt she cancel this earlier? Why just now?

    Imagine being a president of a country you now think is an importer global player..... and being too scared to leave it.

    Dilma must be hiding a lot of dirt if she can't even leave for 2 days.

    Maybe Temer could ban her from entering Brazil as a person not condusive to the national good of Brazil. You know these countries make up laws as they go along.

    The President of Brazil is not going to Washington because Brazil is an enemy of the United States. In addition, Brazil has the atomic bomb and not to participate in any meeting about it.

    She should be thanked for not going to the USA for participating in a summit to which Brazil has little to offer. Besides, by not going, she at least saved the tax-payers' money which would have otherwise gone down the drain.

    REF: Dilma x Temer: Partners in the Humpme-Dumpme Game:

    BR urgently needs a weedicide! Weedicide as a “Weed Killer” as well as “We Decide”.

    It's time for the population to demand for plebiscite/referendum. In it's absence; one crook may simply replace another.

    In spite of the well-publicised differences amongst all the parties; ultimately it's just one band - of crooks - who keep battling for holding on to power [and consequently, for holding on to their loot].

    She should have come to the USA under the guise of attending the conference and asked for Asylum. Better here in Miami spending the stolen loot than in a Brazilian jail.

    “Dilma Rousseff decided on Tuesday to cancel her planned trip to the United States next Thursday to participate in the 4th Nuclear Security Summit...”

    Quite frankly , she won't be missed ; first of all, she knows f*ck-all about nuclear science, or anything else for that matter ; there are several nuclear physicists she could, and should have been sent in her place , and who would represent Brazil a million times better than she ever would....she might be missed by those who were expecting something to laugh about...

    @1 Hippy,
    once again, your are wrong......MP is only passing on what's all over the local news here.... you lost a good chance to keep your gob shut.

    @6 Brasshole
    Always the idiot ; The US is not Brazil's enemy, and just fyg, not that there's any guarantee you'll understand, but : Brazil is a signatory of the Non-nuclear proliferation Treaty, and definitely does not have any atomic bombs... where do you get all this shit from ? that PT rag, the 'tijolaço' ?

    Some say that Temer may lose his temper and stage a coup,
    so Rousseff stayed to calm him,

    so they say..

    Brasso, you so disappoint me yet again, I thought you could survive and I use that word significantly, without any other country except of course the Bric countries. But by all means ban the countries outside of Brics to your peril. I do not expect you to understand my thoughts , but there you are.Hows the communist doctrine going, you made lots of lolly yet. Never mind pet just get over it.

    Brazilian hookers are all over London, NYC and Miami we certainly wouldn't have to go there to that 3rd world sh*thole to rent them.

    NO wonder about her lack of confidence in holding on to power + her low popularity!

    The moral obligation of any political leader, is not to leave any stone unturned for improving:
    A:the Quality of Life and
    B:the Standard of Living of the population.
    Whereas, Rouseff managed exactly the opposite. Considering that; her 10% popularity seems quite impressive!

    Secondly; the responsibility of a Leader is to lead, to govern and to administer well - amongst many other leadership traits. Whereas Rouseff has not only shown a total lack of such abilities - without any efficiency & competence - she also openly admitted it by justifying that Brazil needs the former president in the Govt. to handle the crisis [economic & political].

    If she is determined to prove her incompetence and if the above mentioned is true; she should not keep occupying The Chair - in ANY case.

    However, in politics, it ultimately depends upon:
    #1: whose “Cover-Story” sounds less like a fairytale
    #2: who is more successful in hiding the facts and
    #3: who has a better bargaining power.
