“ and we expect Spain to play an active role as investor in our national infrastructure program”.

    What with?

Spain scrounges off the EU most of the time.

” García-Margallo underlined that Spain has a similar situation with Gibraltar which it is addressing with dialogue, patience and international law.”

Yet regarding 'international law' Gollum2 ( c -ChrisR) accepted there was no point arguing the territorial waters near Gibraltar and have refused to go to the ICJ.

    More mouth farts.

I realize that you have to leave MP for business now and again so you obviously missed the announcement regarding Gollum2's well earned promotion to a full Gollum in the light of Timmurturd being chucked out and apparently running off to Israel to avoid being suicided.

I hope and trust that you will continue to take the piss in your usual inimitable manner! :o)

Don't they make a lovely couple? Gollum and the Malevolent Midget: I wonder when the love child will be announced? Mind bleach is available at bargain prices!

Still, while this pair of prats are canoodelling they can't be spouting bollocks about the mythical Malvinas.

“”“and the recent diplomatic achievement of Argentina with the extension of its continental shelf.”“”

... which had nothing to do with the Falklands whatsoever as the area was not considered in that “achievement”.

    So Congratulations on nothing then?

    Well done Madrid.

So the Spaniard can take his rg medal and 2.80 US and they will give him a medium sized coffee at Starbucks.

Wonder what his medal is made from?

    Zinc?

    Stamped?

    Cast?

    Can you envision the inscription?

“Dear conquistadors: We are so sorry for trying/succeeding to fuck you out of your previous investments in rgstan. That was of course the doings of the perronist dogs and yes I did participate in it fiasco but I am now aligned with the Macaroni regime and have been reeducated and we will pursue our own vision of thievery under the auspices of those slightly to the right of the far left! Welcome back friends! We have many opportunities for europastan participation!”

Argentina will soon be celebrating the 200th anniversary of their independence from Spain (9 July 1816 - 2016) , and on that day it would be a fine opportunity for them to correct their mistakes of the past, and to return all Argentine territory to Spain.... after all, what right did they have to expell the Spanish and unilaterally declare independence ?? And then they have the nerve to criticize others who want nothing to do with them ??
In 25 years Argentina will be returned to Spain.

Margallo is in a caretaker position currently, his government and position were rejected by the Spanish people at the last election, he is just keeping the seat warm and nothing he says matters.

So much butthurt englishmen and women. And scared too, full of resentment, little people, no wonder why your people has invaded and wasted so much countries... Wonder were the resentment comes from? Maybe because the romans left you because they considered you worthless?

Anyway, up there they joke about Argentina returning to Spain. Imagine an Iberoamerican empire. We would absolutely occupy Gibraltar and Malvinas, and you won´t get a chance to get ´em back. That would be funny.

@16 Lukey seems to think that he's engaging only Brits and islanders with his skewed views. It is such a relief that Argentina is blessed with the most impotent and incapable military in all of South America, trembling at the thought of being attacked by Andorra.

“Imagine an Iberoamerican empire” he says. The world has insufficient room for such massive incompetence. What would we call that “empire” ? Sudacalandia, quizás.

Meanwhile, here at home: we see that Lázaro Báez was busted today, now behind bars for investigation of money laundering and tagged by the Panama Papers scandal. With Ricardo Jaime, that's two KK in jail this week, and Ricardo is starting to sing. 22 kirchnernista biggies this month scheduled to give their alibis, I mean, testimony, including CFK herself. It's going to be an interesting month in the courtrooms here.

    Iberoamerican empire....??

    wth?

wouldnt that have been The Spanish Empire.... way back when... when those spanish coloniser-dudes became permanent squatters on south American soil, wiped out most of the indigenes and try to re-write history so that the natural language is Spanish and there were no indigenous people when they “peacefully” took the land away..... and now whine constantly about the nasty british colonisers who took some little rocks in the middle of the sea?...

And, you know, the main legal claim the same Spanish-Squatters in South American have to the Falklands.. “but, but, but, but, but we inherited them from Spain!”

    erm... hang on....

So there's only one lot buthurt here...and they're the Spanish Colonial Squatters in South America.

Oh, yeah, everybody else knows them as “Argentines”.

He seems to forget that the United States booted Spain once and for all from the Americas at the end of the 19th century. I'm sure they'd be happy to do it again.
As for Baez, we already saw the list of shell companies based in Nevada, things can only get worse him after this latest leak. ;)

“Wonder were the resentment comes from? Maybe because the romans left you because they considered you worthless?”

I'm sure he wonders about a lot of things.

Thank God the Romans came and THEN left. They stayed in Spain and Italy and look how well that worked out for them.

    “Imagine an Iberoamerican empire”

It's already been and gone, and it's mot returning, but please dream of one if it makes you happy.

The Spanish empire in the Americas and elsewhere has long disappeared and the biggest laugh is there is no Spanish commonwealth, whilst there is a huge Commonwealth based on Britain's ex-colonies.

Could it possibly be that Britain granted most of them self determination when they insisted, unlike Spain with the last Iberoamerican empire?

    @16 “ full of resentment.....”

Not resentment. It's amusement. To resent something there must first be some degree of respect. No one respects Argentistan.

Lukie's argie arrogance keeps him from noticing that everyone is laughing at him, and more importantly, justifiably laughing at that traditional hazmerreír, Argentistan.

Che Argentina, sos el hazmerreír del Gran Imperio Iberoamericano.

Obviously, Argyland being returned to Spain is a joke .....but your suggestion of an Iberoamericam empire, was amusing....just imagine such an empire, with each members current problems multiplied to the nth degree.....just another failure.

First of all, an Iberoamericano empire is impossible - because Argentina would insist on the presidency(arrogance, you see!) and Costa Rica wouldn't join because it is, perhaps, the only democracy in Latin America! Also, Chile, México and Colombia have no NEED to join - they are successful business wise although the two last mentioned have their drug problems and as far as Venezuela and Bolivia are concerned, well _ I say no more. Then countries such as Perú and Ecuador - what do they have to offer??? And Brasil????
No as Marti Llano says “Che Argentina, sos el hazmerreír del Gran Imperio Iberoamericano”
