The policing culture has changed massively in the UK since this 1989, they have been reformed and reformed and reformed. When articles like this say 'police found responsible', yes the police in 1989! Most current serving officers in the UK were children or not even born.

The point.... comprehension it would seem.
Point is, after so many years where police covered up what they had done by blaming the supporters the truth has now been established. If this had happened in Argentina it would have been forgotten about the following year. If by chance someone tried to open up an investigation he or she would be found with a hole in their head with brain spilling out. That is fundamentally the difference between both countrys. We are far more civilized in the UK. Argentina is like the wild west
