    Waldir Maranhão : the typical, northeastern politician of no expression : ignorant, and a supporter of the PT ; what sort of idiot is induced to sign a resolution anulling the Lower House's session that approved the continuity of the impeachment process in the Senate, then only 12 hours later, realizing he was manipulated by Cardozo and Dilma, into signing something ridiculous - and illegal - annuls his own resolution ? a really stupid one.
