The head of the Organization Of American States on Tuesday called for an emergency meeting of regional governments to evaluate Venezuela's respect for democracy, a move that could lead to the country's suspension from the hemispheric body.     Almagro had to be twatted around the head before he would do the right thing.

    The problem is Venezuela's and will probably be concluded after the rank and file of the military revolt against their crooked Officers.

    What happens then remains to be seen.
