US Senate fails to pass bill to tighten gun controls; the vote was along party lines
The US Senate has rejected plans to tighten gun controls, including the restriction of weapons sales to people on terrorism watch lists. Four proposals were brought before the Senate after 49 people died in an attack on a gay nightclub in Florida. Read full article

And Obammy is on a pardoning rampage and is implementing sentencing reductions en masse.
Lastly, Obammy care fails universally to address the needs of the mentally ill requiring institutional or other supervisory care.
