It is my belief that Britain, the British people, would no more desert Gibraltar than we would desert the Falkland Islands. It remains to be seen whether Gibraltar will desert Britain.

Gibraltar may see itself as under siege. But it has not suffered an armed invasion and occupation. The Falkland Islands have. Gibraltar may have a thriving economy. So have the Falkland Islands. And the Islands' economy is far more tenuous.

Nevertheless, the Islands freely chose to remain British. What will Gibraltar choose? Only one thing is certain. If Gibraltar chooses to vote Remain and break with Britain, it will be Spanish before it knows it.

    One would respectfully suggest,

you fly -via ANGELA Merkel and pick up your Balls and Backbone first,

because the Spanish will just laugh at you.

    just a bony hanging thought.

Is this the same David Cameron that was discussing Remain campaign tactics with big business leaders BEFORE his renegotiation to reform Europe ?

Is this the same David Cameron who spent £9 Million of tax payers money on the Remain propaganda before the campaign officially started ?

Is this the same David Cameron who has repeatedly claimed “don't worry if they haven't found a job after 6 months they can be asked to leave” (What happens if they say - no I prefer to stay David ? )

Is this the same David Cameron who said a few months ago, of course Britain will be OK if we leave the EU but now predicts WW3, the entire collapse of Western Civilisation, the collapse of the economy, plague, pestilence and the sun going out if we leave the EU ?

Is this the same David Cameron who promised to reduce immigration to tens of thousands KNOWING that he couldn't ?

Is this the same David Cameron who has totally failed to reduce the component of immigration that we could theoretically control ?

If Gibraltar has any sense they will request a visit from somebody with a semblance of integrity & credibility !

Boris has been such a buffoon he supported the winning side.

Going to vote SNP at the next referendum, IF the new PM whoever HE is (NOT the idiot female) allows them one which I very much doubt?
