Should be an interesting meeting ! A test for Boris's diplomatic skills.
    EFF-OFF is a distinct possibility.

Nothing to do with Spain or the stand in caretaker clown manager. Look to your own country that is falling apart. Gibraltar will still be in British hands when in thirty years Spain is but a small little country broken by states breaking away.

How can Spain dictate bi-partite talks?

How can poor cousin EU member Spain dictate anything??

Brace yourselves for a lot of militant discontented unemployed waiters.

Is this the only way that Spain can 'look tough'? They can't extend their forces further than their own back yard. Is this how a NATO partner should behave ?

Gibraltar is presently part of the UK and voted in the referendum, albeit to remain with Spain as claimed by Picardo.

Gibraltarians are seemingly terrified of Brexit and the stunts Gollum and the rest of the so called 'interim government' will get up to when the UK is out of the EU.

Given the way Spain is falling apart I would imagine a few Spanish regions might want to join with Gib in their own right!

@ChrisR Gibraltar joined the EEC as a special territory of the UK in 1973 so if the UK leaves it will too. There is no possibility of becoming part of Spain to remain in the UK. Sr Margallo is pissing against the wind. Picardo has already told him to 'stick his offer of joint sovereignty where the sun does not shine' in those words, Boris may be less diplomatic to the obsessed fool. Gibraltar benefits from EU membership and has not experienced the downsides like the North of England which mostly voted out.
