I think that both Paraguay and Brazil should simply boycott the meetings and then refuse to abide by any decisions taken by the other three.

That's funny...there is no free trade and fluid movement of goods or people anywhere....if we go to Chile and buy something...we are taxed to high heaven on our purchases. You line up for hours to cross the border into Chile. I really can't see that this organization is anything but a socialist bunch of corrupt politicians.

Vasquez misread the situation that No Money Pepe left him with, quite why this should be so is beyond everybody I know.

Shouldn't be the president in that case. I think however given the rough ride he is getting he wishes he WASN'T president.
