Aug 10th, 2016 - 04:21 pm - Link - Report abuse 0True. Ushuaia is in a beautiful location; the scenery is stunning. The town, however, is drab and scruffy with not much to offer. I think I mentioned here a conversation I had with a local man when I asked what on earth they do for recreation. He told me they have a cinema and dancing on Saturdays but mostly they have affairs to pass the time. Haha.
