    This is an outright lie. Young people who have no history of their own to go by might believe it, but anyone who's been around for a while knows better. Governments are manipulating the figures to try to gain support for their “global warming” agendas -- which would give them almost unlimited power to tax and regulate us in the name of “saving the planet”. It's all a fraud and a political power-grab.

    For once I agree with you. Surely they don't use Fahrenheit in Uruguay?

    @2
    Governments already have almost unlimited power to tax and regulate us. That's what governments do.

    And here is getting too hot for England.

    Crime seems to be in the DNA of the English. The crimes committed by English here (from littering and spitting on the streets) have become trademarks of England. There are already hundreds of cases.

    You may have emerged from barbarism, but the barbarity did not come out of you.

    I wish the UK would hurry up and finish going metric. If we're going to do it at all there's really no point dragging it out. Using 2 sets of units is way more than twice as confusing.

    What does that have to do with global warming? And if you think Australians are English, you won't mind if I call you Português from now on?

    Where is Zika? Does any English brought it in his pocket so that we can show how the mosquito is?

    Now that's global warming. The ridiculous and lying propaganda of the English about my country!

    English should learn to live in society before destroying gas stations, moreover, before the full global warming.
