Mercosur on Wednesday displayed another chapter of its internal disarray, almost farcical, when Venezuela which proclaims the presidency of the group convened a meeting at the Montevideo administrative offices that was only attended by full member Uruguay and aspiring member Bolivia. Ah, bless!

The children who 'rule' Uruguay turned up WITH BOLIVIA!

They couldn't even 'form a circle', nudge, nudge, wink, wink. :o)

As usual...and also this: “Among the priorities of Caracas, he said, they include deepening contacts with Cuba, China and Russia...”
Time to tell Maduro to f*^%k off...
Yesterday el Jazeera reported that madnicky ordered the firing of all government employees who signed the revocation...such a democratic country.

Good to see Brazil growing some in this case, bravo to Paraguay and Argentina too. Venezuela is a disgrace. Why Uruguay panders is beyond reason.

“Why Uruguay panders is beyond reason”

We are 'ruled' by a bunch of illiterate, innumerate children of the Tupas with 'No Money Pepe' being one of the seditious murdering bastards who controlled it.

I am fed up with the bleat 'we are supporting our brothers and sisters in their fight for freedom'.

    Twats, the lot of them.

It's time for the majority (the revenue generators) to take control and vote out Venezuela and place Uruguay on probation for promoting dictatorships and the disrespecting the people.

Why do people still equate South America and Banana Republics? Because every time a group of countries do something really positive to bring them into the world of nations, Venezuela (and usually Bolivia and now Uruguay) does something really stupid and totally unconscionable to to the rest of the world, like extending a 60 day emergency marshal law out to almost a year now AND the executive attacking the people for expressing their freedom of choice. How stupid does one have to be to not be able to step back and invert the sides to see if an action is a good idea. If the opposition comes to power and acts likike Maduro and the PSUV, does the Chief Idiot think that would be ok? The idiot Maduro doesn't realize that he is establishing precedence that the opposition can use later. WHAT A FREAKIN IMBECILE!

Of course Venezuela's lap dog Bolivia is there...panting for a piece of the pie. Brasil and Argentina have made a right turn and Nicky needs some of his commie friends close by. Wonder what happened with Ecuador? Not much coming out of there lately...maybe they have broken up their love affair?

Ecuador is never far behind Venezuela nor the far left FARC government of El Salvador.

Why do people still equate Europe and savage imperialist, jingoistic colonialists? Because every time a group of countries do something really positive to bring them into the world of nations, United Kingdom (and usually Denmark and now Hungary), does something really stupid and totally unconscionable to the rest of the world, like instead of engaging the rest of the world in increasing integration, decides the 19th century wasn't such a bad idea AND attack those who oppose freedom of dissent. Look at the racial, ethnic, religious attacks all over UK in recent months. How stupid does one have to be not to be able to step back and invert the sides to see if an action is a good idea. If the opposition comes to power and acts like Cameron and the Tories, do the Lord Idiots think that would be OK? The idiots don't realize that it is establishing precedent that the opposition can use later. WHAT FREAKING IMBECILES.

@CapiTrollism_is_back!! I Don't know anyone with an education that does, but OK. It's not about capitalism, socialism, communism, divine right, or any other form of government. It's about what the basic quality of life is. You realize there is PLENTY of racial, ethnic, and religious bigotry in South America, right? Try being Jewish or Amazonas in Venezuela. In the “savage” countries you list, a change in party is ALWAYS accepted. People in government don't get fired from their jobs because they belong to the other party. You're attempted twist in the second half makes no sense at all. I guess grasping the concept of government sponsored attacks on the people is outside of the scope of your education. I guess that's why what you attempted to write makes no real sense..

CapiTrollism_is_back!! is a sad person. He just doesn't understand that in countries who's government's maintain a national salary of 6 cents an hour (that's actually different than a “minimum wage” in socialist governments, but I'm guessing he's too stupid to get that.) In countries like the UK, most of 1st world Europe, most of 1st world North America, and most of first world Asia has a minimum wage of $7-$15 an hour. Heck, sweatshops in India make 30 cents an hour or 5 times the Venezuelan NATIONAL wage.. So comparing South American actual Banana Republics (Venezuela, Bolivia, etc) to 1st world countries is just ludicrous based off of quality of life alone. There is no reason a person in Venezuela cannot make a decent wage with all the oil, gold, and diamonds. Well, except for the rampant unchecked corruption. Right now, with his monthly national wage, a person can by 9 dozen eggs a month. In any of the countries listed above, it's 9 dozen every 1 or 2 hours. That's just crazy.
