Oxford University has come top of The Times Higher Education world university rankings - a first for a UK university. Oxford knocks California Institute of Technology, the top performer for the past five years, into second place. Disclaimer & comment rulesNow take a look at the rankings for Latin American universities (which still isn't saying much). In the top 25 of those rankings we see Brazil, Chile, Mexico, Colombia, Perú......and Argentina? Nowhere. Nothing. Nada, nadísima.
