    If they sacked all these politicians in government and opposition,
    and voted for a new completely different unknowns to replace them,

    would Brazil benefit do you think.?

    Never forget the old saying: “Meet the new Boss, same as the old Boss!”

    Here is the canonical report of Temer's coup admission: https://theintercept.com/2016/09/23/brazils-president-michel-temer-says-rousseff-was-impeached-for-refusing-his-economic-agenda/

    The Temer administration has no legitimacy. I doubt he will last until the 2018 elections (in which, as a convicted felon, he cannot run!)

    @ Hippy
    How come you always manage to get the wrong end of the stick ? Doesn't help when you believe “the Intercept” crap.
    I have said before, Temer's mandate is just as legitimate as Dilma's was....they exact same number of votes/ same voters....the fact that the fat cow was impeached - technically, for minor crimes - the main reason she HAD to go was that she and the PT ruined the economy like never before.
    Besides the fact that Temer is not - yet- a convicted felon, he has no intention of running in 2018...Savvy ??

    @7 Hippy
    “IN THE FIRST exclusive interview following her impeachment, former Brazilian President Dilma Rousseff said that her unelected successor, installed President Michel Temer, has “confessed to the coup” against her.”

    First, Temer UNelected ??? I suppose that in Oct 2014 he wasn't running as her VP, and that the support of the PMDB was not instrumental in getting her reelected ?

    Second, Temer “confessed” ?? why should we believe what the fat cow says ? Sure, after all the millions of (proven) lies to the Brazilian people, up to Oct 2014, just long enough to get her re-elected, makes her a reliable source of information regarding her own impeachment.....the criminal always denies the crime and claims he's innocent as a newborn baby .....and of course, you would believe him....or in this case, her.
    Hippy, you should really stop reading your leftist shit and look for a serious source to get your information..
