Well, Apparently they had a massive evacuation of millions of people to test its efficiency in the event of war,
Millions were later told to find out where their nearest station was,
Russia may well be preparing for WW3,

China and Russia and turkey are preparing for exercises together,
    Spain entertains the Russian fleet,

The future is in danger, or its a load of rubbish and Russian box of tricks,

but hey, who cares, we are ready are we not.? surely ?
    Definatly , ?
Putin, the man who keeps the west on its toes, lol
    justa thoughta.
