To be fair,they are all at it. In many countries the only way you will get a sale is to obtain the services of a middle man who will ease the way through sales contracts for a fee...in no way a bribe, hem, hem!
Corruption is a worldwide acceptable phenomenon! To make the matters worse; there is NO way of eliminating corruption! Why not legalize it instead? :o))
