The Wayne things are going in Argentina right now, pretty soon immigrants will be heading back home by themselves, together with some Argentine emigrants.
The xenophobic red herring is Pichetto's way of score points with the Macri government, helping divert attention from the somber news that show a sinking economy.

Didn't you say the Macri government won't last long? If that's the case it seems a bit short sighted of Pichetto to try and score points with them.
