Ah, now it makes more sense. I wondered how they were going to handle finding remains that don't match the DNA of soldiers thought to be buried there and vice versa. This project is part of a larger programme that includes the ID of many thousands of missing Argies.

As for the catering requirements. I am sure Shorty, Carl, Alex, Julie, Bonnie, Michelle and others will be happy to provide very competitive tenders to feed the workers.

    Not funny.
Just couldn't resist being a dick, could you?

Why don't you just go cuff your wife or box her ears for her? It will still give you satisfaction, but you won't have to insult the Islanders on MP

Obviously not the RG army, in 1982 they had huge stockpiles of food in Stanley, and 100s of their troops went starving. So to make sure the catering works, and people actually get fed the Islanders will do it. Why not sent some RG catering firms over, to learn 'how to do it properly' from the islanders?

    wee man voice

Thought it might make a nice difference from your insulting and baiting the Islanders, bullying pensioners, and provoking other motorists.

You have demonstrated a natural talent for misogyny along with your petty bullying.

Domestic abuse must be a natural for you, especially with the booze flowing at Christmas.

    Enjoy...

    PS,
Weren't you incarcerated for 3 weeks or so over the holidays, a couple of Christmases ago?

Im guessing the family reunion was not so good?

Actually FI will make a reasonable amount out of it all in a quiet period of the year in the hotel and transport trade:
    Accomodation and Catering

Transport to and from the cemetery for personnel and equipment

Supply and building - and later dismounting of the temporary portacabin “morgue”

Puzzled as to the Arg reference to UK paying part of the cost - bugger all to do with Uk - they are unidentified 100% because of Argentina!
British forces did their best to identify them - and on more than one occasion - when asking Arg NCOs and Officers after the battles to assist by identifying them - the answer was - not your business English - we know who they are and that's all that matters!

Apparently the UK has agreed to pick up some of the costs. Why and how much are not apparent. Questions may have to be asked in the House. :-)

    Burying bad news at Christmas?

You should be declared a honorarian one...
If you already weren't one... (Patagonian, that is )...
The only difference between you Insular P's and us Continental P's is that you are waaaaaaaay more cheese-paring...

    Merry Christmas Think!
Correct- we do indeed share quite a few customs and traditions, spent a couple of good Christmasses in southern Patagonia-but only one day off was a bit of a bugger! Out at 5am on the 26th gathering sheep again was a bit of a shock.Yes there are things that link us - and others that separate us.
Nothing that stops us becoming sociable neighbours again though - even if we differ on some aspects.
