End of controversy? Venezuela says it has “transferred” the Mercosur chair to Argentina

Venezuela announced on Friday that it had transferred the Mercosur pro tempore chair to Argentina, having ended its “legitimate tenure” of the post, although the rest of the block's members had already complied with the formalities two weeks ago when they also decided to suspend the regime of president Nicolas Maduro.     Everytime I see Delcy's name, I think of bog paper....
    But I would like to know how VZ managed to transfer the responsibility “in accordance with the legality, charters and treaties of the regional block”... ”having ended the legitimate exercise of the chair”, if it was never transfered to VZ in the first place, far less exercised (except in their neurotic minds)....this kind of BS may have listeners at home - where I seriously doubt that the people are even aware that VZ was suspended from Mercosul, weeks ago - but not outside VZ.
