Jan 09th, 2017 - 11:27 am - Link - Report abuse 0Boris needs to liaise with Trump's Defense Secretary Mattis and come up with an action plan to stop Spanish vessels obstructing UK & US navy warships entering Gibraltar. If the Spanish are still of the mind to believe that Gibraltar has no territorial waters just invite them to accompany the UK to the ICJ then await the reply....and wait...

Man, the inbreds have taken over to important world governments! Hilarious.

Jan 09th, 2017 - 01:47 pm - Link - Report abuse +5I have never said Britain is totally unimportant and insignificant. I have though countless times reminded the many here who, on the other extreme, think Britain 2017 is some sort of High Seas 24-time zone Superpower 1899 Redux , that they are fully delusional ore just plain woolgathering. And the news in the last few weeks vis-a-vis the EU-UK situation should have done nothing but remind them the UK is the minnow in this duo. If they still think they carry the big stick come March, then they are going to get the Tango dance of their lives. And they won't be leading it.

Who are the many here you are referring to?

Jan 09th, 2017 - 08:44 pm - Link - Report abuse +1According to you:
Britain however is a third rate power retreating on all fronts around the globe, a small and xenophobic damp island in the south corner of the northwestern part of the western peninsula of the Eurasian landmass, utterly insignificant in geographic terms. And in real politik it is withdrawing like a scared gazelle from all engagement with the world back to the small corner, disrespected and made fun of. Economically, it has nothing to offer. Argentina will to to China, Russia, India, Japan, United States, Brazil, SF, Germany, France, EU, before it even needs to consider UK. It's not 1914, they are right. The UK is a dusty crusty shell.
That sounds a lot like unimportant and insignificant to me.
But hey, you probably don't believe that either; you say whatever you think will let you score points. It's ironic that after seeing other posters gratuitously attacking Argentina, you started doing the same thing to Britain and other countries, and thus became exactly like them.
This guy is easily sidelined.
