Disclaimer & comment rulesTime it was scrapped, the titles scrapped and a smaller chamber was formed made up of elected folk who can demonstrate particular skills and a record of work and achievement. As it is we have drones like Willets and many others who never achieved anything or done a decent days real work in their lives.
