“The release states that the Argentine government considers the soldiers fallen in Malvinas as war heroes”

I suppose that they must be, Argentina has a law that says so

War heroes??? They were obliged to retire from the Falklands with “their tails between their legs”!

Typical bully's behaviour - they instigate a war, lose it miserably, and then claim and boast heroism! What planet are they from?

They flew the white flag as soon as they heard that the UK was going to let the Ghurkas loose on them.

I guess in a way they were heroic. They were mostly conscripted - so no choice in the matter - with little training and equipment FORCED to go to war by a fall-down drunk of a President. They were brain-washed and fed lies. Most were treated worse by their own commanders than by the enemy before dying for a false cause. I don't defend their actions against the Falkland Islanders who were the real victims but some of the poor Argentine idiots were heroic in the face of their mistreatment by their own side. Even the ones that returned alive were treated like lepers by the Argentines.

Of course, that is not what the Argentine government means but it should be.

The last time the Argentines had a foothold n the Falklands they used it to spy out landing beaches and who they should lockup when the invasion came. This should not take place until the mine fields are removed from the last invasion. Remember the inhumane conditions thet Falklanders were held in the last time they came.
