    They all ought to resign and start again with a fresh sheet AND A FRESH TEAM.

    However, there are TWO problems:

    1º: The Old/New are incurably addicted to stealing - for GENERATIONS!

    So no matter who else takes place of who; the stealing will continue to remain rampant and will get more & more sophisticated; so that the investigators will never be able to trace the actual size of the loot!

    2º: FORGET the Italian Mafia! The Brazilian Crooks are already making great progress towards making corruption as perfectly - 100% - legal in Brazil!
