Quite a natty looking tub, but given that it's displacing more than almost all of the cruisers currently in service (4 x Slava class - 9,800-10,000 tons, 22+4 x Ticonderoga class - 9,600 tons, the only heavier cruiser is the one De Zeven Provinciën-class that Peru has - 12,040 tons) might calling it a Destroyer be something of nominative camoflage?
