The European Commission has made clear that Gibraltar is part of the Brexit withdrawal negotiations and that Spain’s additional veto only applies in respect of the UK’s future arrangements with the EU. Read full article

They have no legitimate claim at all, but hey like most Hispanics they have little regard for the law, agreements and treaties unless they are of benefit to them.
