In a recent press conference, spokesperson Flora del Orto provided this example: for a paid street demonstration where each of 100 hooded participants will throw 18 rocks, the organisers must provide sustainment choripanes at the rate of 2 per hour. For a so-called spontaneous 4-hour riot, the total number of required choripanes for this scenario would equal 518,713 -- for billing purposes.

I think I see the problem. Unlike the serious and civilised nations, Argentina is responding to populist nonsense by spending 50 percent of its GNP to search for a delinquent who traveled from Bs As province to Chubut province to join in with local terrorists and participate in crimes there.
