If they've removed De Vido's immunity, how do they justify not removing Menem's, when he is not just accused of crimes but has already been convicted?

I guess the death count of the staged explosion at Rio Tercero munition plant doesn't stand up to the casualty figures of the Once and Flores train wrecks caused by second hand rolling stock bought from Spain and Portugal by De Vido, supposedly with kickback. He's also a more traditional Peronist, not a K per se. Menem would just get house arrest due to his age at this point anyway...
