    OK Mr Tusk, what are you offering ? That's the way negotiations are supposed to go. You want something, you offer something. You do not just make demands. Your failure to understand this is the main reason why so little progress is being made. If you had understood this during the Cameron discussions there would have been no Brexit. How someone as dense as you got to be in your position raises its own question as to the future of the EU.
