United States president Donald Trump has demanded funding for his long-promised US-Mexico border wall to halt “a growing humanitarian and security crisis”. But in his first TV address to the nation from the Oval Office, Mr Trump did not declare a national emergency to bypass Congress and build the barrier. Read full article

Cannot but agree with the comments made by Demon Tree.

The problem is that the USA, and why not the world, are faced with a President who acts like a 3 year old child who throws a tantrum when he does't get his way and who will not listen to reason.

This not being an excuse for his manner or proceeding but a plane fact as to who this complete moron is. And to make matters worse he's the President of the the most important country in the world today.

Hopefully he will either change his attitude - which I very much doubt - or Congress throws him out on his ear asap.

Trump is merely carrying out his assignment to dismantle the US militarily, economically, and socially at the behest of his Russian employers. No wonder Kamerad/Komrade Rique never says anything against him...

Yes, Trump is acting outrageous, but did you see the bizarre rebuttal by House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Senator Chuck Schumer deliver the response to President Donald Trump?

They looked like frightened ISIS hostages being held for ransom.

The majority of the American media is also are indignant, but Trump is playing a populist Nationalist role. It will be interesting to see the current polls of his voter base.
